Germinação e cuidando de uma planta tem muito em comum com os processos da antiguidade conhecida como Alquimia. Elementos devem ser combinados em medidas adequadas e sincronismo com um comum e objetivo previamente combinado.
Como alunos mais experientes da ciência esotérica sabem, os conceitos mitológicos da alquimia, embora lidar com componentes físicos, são simbólicos de processos em níveis de consciência mais sutis. O famoso transformar chumbo em ouro é simbólico da transformação de uma consciência baseada na forma de material densa em uma consciência que brilha com a luz espiritual da Alma. Como os elementos da agricultura devem ser combinados em medidas adequadas e sincronismo com um objetivo comum e previamente combinado, devem então este processo ser usada para transformar a nossa consciência. Evolução e self-desenvolvimento podem progredir naturalmente como movimentos de tempo, como uma semente de flor silvestre soprado em solo fértil no campo, mas com o cuidado apropriado de processos específicos, podemos ajudar e catalisar esta evolução, como podemos ver em uma árvore de fruta poderosa numa plantação próspera.
Se vemos o desenvolvimento de uma personalidade em um reflexo de sua Alma em termos de um construindo e amadurecendo a forma-pensamento, podemos facilmente observar paralelos nos processos agrícolas. A ideia de inspirar uma forma-pensamento de uma personalidade desenvolvida ou aperfeiçoada (ou a forma-pensamento de qualquer objetivo escolhido) é como a semente de uma planta. Não cresce em maturidade e fruição sozinho. Requer muitos elementos para permitir o adequado desenvolvimento saudável. Esta semente deve encontrar um campo de existência que é adequada para suas necessidades e irá facilitar o seu desenvolvimento saudável. Isto é como a terra fértil, escolhida por um agricultor em uma área com as quantidades adequadas de sol e sombra para a variedade da planta, com que ele está trabalhando. Planting Symbolizes Alchemy
Germinating and caring for a Plant has much in common with the processes of antiquity known as Alchemy. Elements must be combined in appropriate measures and timing with a common and prearranged goal.
As most experienced students of esoteric science know, The mythological concepts of alchemy, although dealing with physical components, are symbolic of processes on more subtle levels of consciousness. The famous transforming of lead into gold is symbolic of the transformation of a consciousness based in dense material form into a consciousness shining with the spiritual light of the Soul. As the elements of agriculture must be combined in appropriate measures and timing with a common and prearranged goal, so must this process be used to transform our consciousness. Evolution and self development may progress naturally as time moves on, like a wild flower seed blown onto fertile soil in the field, but with the proper care of specific processes we can assist and catalyze this development, as we see in a mighty fruit tree on a prosperous plantation.
If we see the development of a personality into a reflection of its Soul in terms of a building and maturing thought-form, we can easily observe parallels in the agricultural processes. The idea inspiring a thought-form of a perfected or developed personality (or the thought form of any chosen goal) is like the seed of a plant. It does not grow into maturity and fruition alone. It requires many elements to enable proper healthy development. This seed must find a field of existence that is proper for its needs and will facilitate its healthy development. This is like the fertile earth chosen by a farmer in an area with the appropriate amounts of sun and shade for the variety of plant he is working with. Like the farmer then adding nutrition to the soil mixture, our personality or other thought-form must then be given the nutrition that it needs like a clean and active physical body, a healthy and uplifting emotional life, a strong and productive mental activity, and a perpetual influx of spiritual influences for example.
Then our personality or other though-form can develop and grow strong like the ancient trees and forests that we see all around us.

A healthy soil composition should include NPK =
Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium in a balanced PH environment.

Lime – To balance the PH environment of the acidic;alkaline quality in the soil.
Manure – For Nitrogen to ensure rapid continuous growth and green foliage.
Bone – For Phosphorus to inspire strong root development and flower blooming.
Ash – For Potassium to resist against disease and promote fruiting.

Water – Lime for PH sea.
Air – Manure for rapid and continuous growth.

The White Magician
In the commentary on Rule One of the Rules of Magic from A Treatise on White Magic by
Alice Bailey we see these points enumerated.
1. The White Magician is one who is in touch with his soul.
2. He is receptive to and aware of the purpose and the plan of his soul.
3. He is capable of receiving impressions from the realm of spirit and of registering them in
his physical brain.
4. It is stated also that white magic—
a. Works from above downwards.
b. Is the result of solar vibration, and therefore of egoic energy.
c. Is not an effect of the vibration of the form side of life, being divorced from emotion and
mental impulse.
5. The down-flow of energy from the soul is the result of
a. Constant internal re-collectedness.
b. Concentrated one-pointed communication by the soul with the mind and the brain.
c. Steady meditation upon the plan of evolution.
6. The soul is, therefore, in deep meditation during the whole cycle of physical incarnation,
which is all that concerns the student here.
7. This meditation is rhythmic and cyclic in nature as is all else in the cosmos. The soul
breathes and its form lives thereby.
8. When the communication between the soul and its instrument is conscious and steady,
the man becomes a white magician.
9. Therefore workers in white magic are invariably, and through the very nature of things,
advanced human beings, for it takes many cycles of lives to train a magician.
10. The soul dominates its form through the medium of the sutratma or life thread, and
(through it) vitalizes its triple instrument (mental, emotional and physical) and thus sets up
a communication with the brain. Through the brain, consciously controlled, the man is
galvanized into intelligent activity on the physical plane.
